PRODUCTION MANAGER - ARCHITECTURAL PRODUCTS

REDMOND, WA

We have a unique direct hire opportunity for someone who wants to take their hands-on skills to the
next level and lead a team in the production of custom wood and acrylic architectural products. This
family-run business designs and builds custom products for a variety of office applications from displays
to reception and offices. We are seeking a Production Manager who can lead from the shop floor.

The Production Manager will:

• Provide leadership and perform production operations for the safe and effective manufacture of custom wood and acrylic products.

• Manage all aspects of the production calendar, coordinating with project management to meet customer expectations in quality and delivery.

• Develop and maintain a strong team environment by conducting team evaluations, determining personnel requirements that meet production demands, interview, and hire when necessary.

• Participate with design and customer service on the introduction of new products, prototyping and assisting in the creation of manufacturing processes and procedures.

• Utilize CAD/CAM software, creating CNC outputs for laser and other machine work centers.

The Qualified Candidates will:

• Have experience in the safe operations of CNC routers, lasers and other precision manual cutting and bending machinery.

• Have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes regarding production scheduling, quality, and job documentation.

• Demonstrate leadership in the motivation, management, and direction of personnel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate projects with multiple departments.

• Be skilled with CAD/CAM software (Alphacam, Cabinet Vision, and Product Planner software knowledge a plus)
