CNC MACHINIST

Redmond, WA

With a customer base that includes the likes of Tesla, Ford and Gulfstream alongside the biggest names in local aerospace, this client is on the cutting edge of manufacturing in the Seattle area. They also design and create parts and assemblies for the medical, electronics and marine industries. We’re seeking an addition for their machinist team with a diverse background in short run parts, setting up and running a variety of CNC machinery.

This Machinist will be in charge of:

• Working from blueprints to create complex machined components on multi axis mill-turn CNC

• Setting up and programming to optimum efficiency during product runs

• Providing first article inspection

• Coordinating with other shop personnel to ensure jobs are done on time and correct

The Qualified Candidate will:

• Be well versed in G&M codes

• Have an expert level understanding of blueprints parts sheets

• Have working knowledge of both CNC and manual mills

• Carry at least an associate’s degree in machining technology
